Like many others - I ordered this blanket on 11/28. I am more fortunate than others in the fact that I received mine today.

I did send one follow up email to them maybe 10 days ago inquiring about a delivery date - that email went unanswered and the blanket arrived today. While i can stretch it to make it the size I ordered - the knitting has GIGANTIC gaps in it. No stretched it would be big enough to cover a toddler. The images on their website (which is no longer up) showed large blankets with barely any gaps/holes in them and that's not what I got.

I was really looking forwrd to this purchase and am totally disappointed. I have filed a complaint with PayPal directly and am awaiting resolution.

Monetary Loss: $120.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Delayed delivery and different quality and size than shown.
