Like many others on this site, I have had a horrible experience with this company. I placed an order on 11/14 (57 Days and 3 Major US Holidays ago) and still have not received my item (Chunky Blanket).

Despite the fact that I received my shipping confirmation on 11/27, it has never been updated with current information. I've been in contact with "Nate" via e-mail (5) times as there is no customer service number, but all I continue to get is a different excuse about why my order has not arrived and why I still haven't gotten ANY tracking info. I've been asked to be patient over and over again and was told the delay was due to "global massive ordering" or a "delay in the customs clearance" or "most of the carriers are full"....none of which I believe. I'm pissed off that my money is basically being held hostage and that "Nate" refuses to answer or address my questions regarding a full refund.

I also just went to the website and it no longer seems to exist.

A scam for sure. Very upsetting.
