Worst product ever bought

it falls apart like crazy, and took 4 months to get to me. its definitely a scam. do not trust this company or buy anything from it. even tho they had a responsive support that kept answering me, it turned out to be nothing close to what i wanted it to be. the texture is nothing close to what it said it would be, and the time it took to get here, pluse the price of it, is just ridiculous to say the least. I don't why i have to write 100 words here when only 1 is enough. SCAM stay away from this product or website or whatever it is i have no idea. now i need a few words left. thank you very much.

Still no word from Happy Satchels

I ordered a phone case from them on Nov. 9 2017. I cancelled the order later that night. I sent them email after email ...the only response from them I got ...was a generic "Thank You For Shopping with us". They would not cancel my order. On Nov. 24, 2017, I got an email from them...telling me that my item had shipped. On Dec. 11, I refused the package....I've still not heard from them or gotten a refund. Today is the 2nd of Jan. 2018, I emailed them again, I know that they are not giving me a refund...scammers! They also changed their support page three times since I placed and refused the order. Sorry to have to write this...but, Happy Satchels web site is for sale. They've probably scammed as many people as they could and changed the company name and web site to another name, so they can scam more people.

That's how this crap all works. Too bad they can get away with it.

Today is Jan 21, 2018.

I received an e-mail stating that I did not cancel the order until the end of Nov.(lie...they keep changing the date), while I emailed them on the 9th of November 2017...the same night that I ordered the item. They sent the item anyway after 3 emails and almost 3 weeks after the date...that I asked them to cancel the order.

I keep getting emails from them where they keep changing their story and change what they have to say to me...the facts that they provide are fabricated.

I wrote what I feel is my last response to them...I'm not going to get any satisfaction from them...so, I'm giving up.

I replied to their email(written by "Ann") by saying that she must be very proud to work for such a deceitful, lying and cheating company.

The actual value of the item is $24.95, not $2400.00

I emailed them last night and let them know that I had made a complaint on this site about them. I actually got a response other than the generic emails that they had sent to me in the past.

Although they just gave me the same tracking number that they had sent to me in Nov.

2017, and told me that it was in transit.

I replied to them that since they had the tracking number...they should see that the item was refused and going back to them. I also told them that since they could see that the item was being sent back as refused...they should refund the total amount.

We shall see...

It is a piece of junk. It is loosely woven with gaping holes. The material looks and frays like ol time insulation. The ends of the materials used are left loose and not attached to anything, so you are afraid to use the Blanket because it starts to unravel. It is junk.

Like many others on this site, I have had a horrible experience with this company. I placed an order on 11/14 (57 Days and 3 Major US Holidays ago) and still have not received my item (Chunky Blanket). Despite the fact that I received my shipping confirmation on 11/27, it has never been updated with current information. I've been in contact with "Nate" via e-mail (5) times as there is no customer service number, but all I continue to get is a different excuse about why my order has not arrived and why I still haven't gotten ANY tracking info. I've been asked to be patient over and over again and was told the delay was due to "global massive ordering" or a "delay in the customs clearance" or "most of the carriers are full"....none of which I believe. I'm pissed off that my money is basically being held hostage and that "Nate" refuses to answer or address my questions regarding a full refund. I also just went to the website and it no longer seems to exist. A scam for sure. Very upsetting.

Chunky Knit Blanket

Ordered blanket around the 5th of December and received about one week ago. It was for a gift. When we opened the package we were shocked at how poor it was made. It looks like steel wool and pulls apart like cotton. Horrible! When I asked for return label, I have to figure out cheapest place to return overseas before they will send me the addresses. So far it will cost around $40-$50. They offered me 10% refund. Guess I feel lucky that at least we received the product and they have communicated by email. Iโ€™ve tried to see what shipping costs are but donโ€™t have enough information to exact shipping address and they wonโ€™t send me the address until I figure it out.

I ordered three blankets on 12/3/17 as a Christmas gift and to date have not received the items, a tracking number, or even any responses to the many emails I have sent requesting a status. They took my money the day the order was placed and now the website is not even accessible. Not only did my family members not receive their Christmas gifts, I am out $300 of my hard earned money. I can't for the life of me understand how people or companies can defraud consumers and go to sleep with a good conscience at night but I know Karma will get them! I will be filing a claim with my bank and the BBB.

I was taken by these people such a scam. yook my money. Nw been 3 mos. Im never getting this product. They should go to jail. This was a christmas gift and they gave me a song and dance how a truck was lost then it was that it could take up to 8 weeks. Then just no more emails were sent. They supposedly had a customer support but come to find out , many of people were out of money. Im trying to get mine back but not sure i will succeed. Do not order from these people. Do not. I have had the EXACT same experience! I ordered a blanket as a Christmas gift on 12/3 and still nothing.

No responses to many emails I've sent. I will be disputing the charges through my bank and notifying the BBB.

I HAVE THE EXACT SAME answer from "Nate" I have an email trail saying word for word what you said. I also ordered beginning of November, Got it 3 days ago.

Same exact excuses - nothing ever updated etc. 2 days ago "Nate" asked me for pictures of the poor quality, unraveling, fuzzed out horrible blanket which was around 100.00. I sent them. Now he said their are 3 places I can send it to refund my money, China, Singapore and the Philp.

for a full refund after I pay the shipping of course. He did offer me a 20% refund. Yeah, 14.00 okay.

So I am so angry. I am searching for a place to get a solution that I can live with soooooo mad.

I ordered a few items Oct 14 2017 and only received one item. When I checked in the beginning of December they said oh it was shipped and must have got lost. I said if you can't get it to me by Christmas I don't want it as it's a Christmas present and I want a refund. They wrote back we will see what we can do about the refund and to this day I haven't heard back despite nunberous attempts. Don't order from here!!!!

I ordered the same things on 18 December 2017. They gave me a tracking number.

It was sent from ZHENGZHOU, China. Supposed send to Brisbane, but they sent it to Sydney.

I tracked today they re-sent it yesterday, but again to Sydney!! Just contacted them, dont know what happend with their supplier..

Latest update: just told by the Australia post that it was sent by a commercial carrier flight, but the fact that there's no record or scanned reference insured by the local Australia system. So I can conclude that the item either never boarded in the first place or someone didn't post it when he reached Australia.

The sender/the supplier deliberately mislead you with a tracking number and manuplate through the system.

This is fraud ! Just lodged a complain to PayPal!!

Will only accept overseas return -- more than cost of item

The blanket that I received arrived 1 1/2 months after ordered. It is terrible quality and falling apart. I emailed for a refund and was told they could only refund 20% unless I want to ship the item overseas, which costs more than the item itself. I'm actually having $143 stolen from me. When I ordered the item it was also not clear that it was coming from overseas. In fact, the return address on the label is CA, but the company will not take the return to CA. The company is responding to emails but is less than upfront and honest. Do not buy from them.

I had purchased a Super Chunky Knit Throw Blanket back on 10/28/2017. Order was never delivered and took a while for a reply from Happy Satchel. Once they did they told me to be patient and that it will be delivered soon. I contacted them back in the beginning of December and they stated the package was lost in transit. I declined for them to reship and asked for a credit. Today is 1/3/2018 and I still have not heard back from them. I purchase 90% of my goods online and have never dealt with anything like this. My suggestion would be never to buy from this company!

Have not been able to find it it on any of their ads or website. I am sure it is there someplace. Poor way of doing business and building customer loyalty. Their customer abatement program is working well. Seems like they are strong in marketing but very weak on customer support. I am an eBay seller and maintain a 99% - 100% rating; itโ€™s not that hard to deliver good service.
